    Thank you for considering the Melody Ballroom for your Special Event.  We are fully air-conditioned and wheelchair accessible on both floors.
        A room rental fee will be required in advance as a deposit to reserve the room.  The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Exceptions may be made if the ballroom can rebook the room.  The final balance is due in full by the Friday following your event.  
     Bar fees are half our regular tappage and corkage.  20% service charge is applied to all bar costs.  $1.00 can be added to cash bar prices for credit towards your room rent.

Room Rental Fees
•    Grand Ballroom  $2500($1250 Thursday & Friday)
(Comfortable for 200 to 500 people)
•    Lower Ballroom  $1500($750 Thursday & Friday)
(Comfortable for 75 to 250 people)

We have wi-fi internet available on both floors. A $35.00 one-time payment covers the use of internet for the entire day.

Rental of the Room includes the following

•    Set-up and Clean-up of room
•    Service Personnel to attend to your guests
•    Linen Table clothes for Guest Tables
(up to $750 extra fee for Auction Table Linens)
•    Mirror Tiles and Votive or Floating Candles for Tables
•    Flower Arrangements and Taper Candles for Service Tables
•    China, Silverware and Glassware
•    Unlimited Soft Drinks and Coffee Service with Full Menu
•    Door / Security Person
