Prom

The Melody Ballroom offers complete prom packages for both the Grand and Lower Ballrooms. The Lower Ballroom holds up to 300 people; the total cost is $5000 (this includes a $1000 deposit). The Grand Ballroom holds up to 800 people; the total cost is $9000 (including a $2000 deposit).
An advisor or school official must sign the Rental agreement. Payment is due in full the night of your event or before. Services provided by the Melody Ballroom include the following:
 

• Set up of guest tables, chairs, as well as banquet tables
• Clean up off ballroom after your event
• Service Personnel
• Linen Tablecloths and Napkins Accented in your colors
• Mirror Tile, Votives and Floating Candle for each Guest Table
• Door/Security Person
• Fresh Flower Arrangement for Banquet table
• Candles and Decor for Banquet Tables
• Unlimited Italian Sodas and Soft Drinks

 
Other Formal Dances are half off the regular rental and do not include Italian Sodas or Catering.
